According the Belgian law art,46 concerning the business practices on the WWW, the information and protection of consumers of 6 April 2010 (hereafter called “LBC"), the client is entitled – without motivation and without penalty - to renounce to purchase he bought on Internet within 14 days after delivery of the purchased product.
According art. 47, LBC the client has no right to renounce if the object of the purchase is a product specially manufactured for the client according his own specifications or has an obvious personal character.
Conditions to the right of renouncement
When the client wants to exercise his right to renounce, he is obliged to return the delivered product in his original state and to communicate his bank account.
The client is precluded from his right to renounce when the product(s) and the packaging are no longer in their original state, are incomplete, are damaged or have been used.
The documentation, the diamond certificates, the guarantee notes and the packaging, which were part of the delivery, have to be returned.
Previously to the use of his right to renounce the client will inform a representative of Cedar-Interco N.V. to renounce to the purchase
